Description
You will co-lead a team of door-to-door representatives, coaching and mentoring them to meet monthly growth sales goals. You'll prospect new residential customers and conduct follow-ups to promote GFiber's internet services.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of door-to-door sales experience.
- 2 years of quota-carrying sales or account management experience.
- 1 year of coaching and training sales representatives in a leadership capacity.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Co-lead a team of Door-to-Door representatives by coaching, mentoring, training, and overseeing team performance.
- Assist the team in meeting or exceeding monthly growth sales goals within the territory.
- Prospect new residential customers by promoting GFiber's internet services through door-to-door interactions.
- Assist the team in building a lead pipeline and conduct phone and/or email follow ups.
- Display expert knowledge of GFiber's network and technical deployment.
