💼 About This Role

You'll lead end-to-end software implementations for clients, owning projects from discovery to handoff. You'll act as the primary technical authority, troubleshooting and executing when needed. This role bridges IT and people, offering custom solutions for growing businesses.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead implementations, migrations, and integrations.
• Break down ambiguous requirements into technical plans.
• Troubleshoot complex deployment issues hands-on.
• Partner with Project Managers on scope and timelines.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in IT/systems/infrastructure/SaaS environments.
• Proven implementation ownership for multiple full-cycle rollouts.
• Hands-on experience with Okta, Intune, Kandji, Jamf, Google Workspace, or Microsoft 365.
• Client-facing confidence to explain tradeoffs and guide decisions.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with EDR tools like SentinelOne or Sophos.
• Cross-platform environment standardization experience.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
