You'll support monthly invoicing and financial coordination for infrastructure projects as part of the ICE Team. You'll ensure accurate documentation and tracking to keep projects on schedule. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Support monthly invoicing activities by gathering and organizing backup
• Track subconsultant invoices and coordinate documentation
• Maintain invoice and billing logs for timely processing
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or business
• 0-3 years of experience in project controls
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, formulas)
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam)
• Experience managing RFIs and submittals
• Supervisory experience
