You will own the design of electromechanical subassemblies for tightly integrated command-and-control systems, from conceptual harness routing to integration of power and control subsystems. Your work will directly impact the modernization of battlefield intelligence and help change global defense capabilities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional engineering experience
  • Proven track record integrating electrical components into mechanical assemblies
  • Experience with cabling design and harness integration for rugged products
  • High competence with engineering first principles
  • BS/MS/PhD in engineering and CAD skills for high-quality drawings

Responsibilities

  • Own the integration of power, control, and harnessing subsystems into finished products
  • Design hardware including enclosures, electronics packaging, bus bars, and cable assemblies
  • Deliver conceptual harness routing schemes and define mounting locations
  • Partner with electrical and harness engineers to implement and test complex electrical systems
  • Collaborate with manufacturing team to document, build, and deliver designs at scale
