You'll lead a new team building AI agents that automate developer workflows and improve engineering velocity across the company. Your impact includes reducing toil for all engineering teams and enabling faster iteration. This role offers a 0→1 charter within the Infrastructure / DevX organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and own the agent roadmap
• Build and lead a small, high-impact engineering team
• Contribute hands-on to prototyping and coding
• Establish evaluation frameworks for agent performance

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• 2+ years in engineering management
• Strong hands-on coding ability in Python, Go, or TypeScript
• Experience building systems that interact with APIs and external services

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building developer tooling or internal platforms
• Familiarity with agent frameworks or orchestration systems
• Startup or early-stage team experience (0→1 or small team scaling)
