Description

You will support the Compliance team in maintaining operational controls, executing compliance reviews with vendor partners, and performing data analysis and invoice verification to safeguard company assets.

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in operations, compliance, audit support, or trust safety
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; ISO27001:2022 preferred
• High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data tracking
• Familiarity with ticketing systems or access management tools preferred
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Execute regular compliance reviews and operational audits for vendor adherence
• Manage user access reviews and provisioning/de-provisioning of vendor agents
• Gather and maintain vendor performance metrics and compliance data
• Assist in coordinating with cross-functional teams on operational tasks
• Support BCP maintenance and automation initiatives testing
