💼 About This Role

You'll provide compassionate home health physical therapy to patients in Springfield, MO, helping them recover in the comfort of their own homes. This per diem weekend role offers flexible scheduling and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for working every weekend. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform diagnostic tests and measurements of mobility and function.
• Implement individualized care plans including therapeutic exercises.
• Educate clients and families on rehabilitative care activities.
• Document observations and interventions using a touch pad tablet.

📋 Requirements

• Active and current PT license
• One year of clinical experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to travel locally to cases as assigned
