💼 About This Role

You'll manage and configure Jira and Confluence environments to support engineering, operations, and program management teams. Your work will optimize workflows, ensure data integrity, and enhance collaboration across the Department of War. This role requires an active DoD Secret clearance and a commitment to mission success.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain Jira workflows, fields, screens, and dashboards.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Administer Confluence spaces, permissions, and templates.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years as a Jira/Confluence Administrator.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE).
• Active DoD Secret security clearance.
• Experience with ACAS and applying STIGs.

✨ Nice to Have

• Atlassian Certified Jira Administrator (ACP-JA).
• Experience with Atlassian Cloud and migrations.
• Work within a DoD System Program Office.
