You'll amplify the voice and vision of Okta's CEO and drive AI optimization across his communications channels. You'll develop bylines, keynotes, and talking points while supporting internal and external engagements. This rare role sits at the intersection of content, operations, and strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop bylines, scripts, talking points, and briefing materials for the CEO.
• Apply AI to automate workflows and content development for CEO communications.
• Coordinate production logistics for company events, including AV and studio operations.
• Manage inputs, timelines, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders.

📋 Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in corporate communications with CEO/executive focus.
• Proven ability to write for CEOs with a distinct executive tone.
• Experience using AI to enhance processes and content quality.
• Strong project management skills in high-stakes, fast-paced settings.
