You'll own the software deliverables roadmap and design quarterly sprint planning cycles for a deep tech startup. You'll build PM processes from scratch in a high-trust environment. This role offers a clear path to leading the PM function as the company scales.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and maintain 12–24 month software deliverables roadmap
• Design and lead quarterly sprint planning cycles
• Partner with engineers to scope work and surface blockers
• Build PM processes and documentation standards
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment between engineering, product, and operations

📋 Requirements

• 3–5 years of project management experience in a software context
• Strong Jira proficiency and Agile/Scrum methodology
• Ability to communicate fluently with software engineers
• Demonstrated ability to build or improve PM processes in high-growth environments

✨ Nice to Have

• Background as a Process Engineer, Operations Engineer, or Manufacturing Engineer
• Experience in early-stage (Seed–Series B) startup
• Familiarity with hardware/software hybrid product cycles
• PMP certification or equivalent formal training
