You'll lead resolution of complex financial and benefits billing escalations as a key expert for a leading virtual clinic. You'll drive root-cause analysis and coordinate corrective actions across internal and external partners. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Investigate and resolve escalated billing errors and eligibility disputes.
• Perform root-cause analysis on multi-system issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Act as primary bridge between Operations, Product, Engineering, and other teams.
• Reconcile claims data and denial reports across multiple platforms.
• Track cases through resolution and identify trends for process improvements.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in medical billing, health benefits, or escalation management
• Medical billing expertise including accumulators, eligibility, and overpayments
• Claims lifecycle understanding including benefits design and insurance adjudication
• Familiarity with billing systems (EHRs, clearinghouses) and issue tracking tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field
• Experience with Looker or similar data platforms
