🎯 What You'll Do

• Own feature development end-to-end including scoping, architecting, coding, testing, rollout
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to solve user problems
• Improve developer productivity through process/code improvements and mentorship
• Work on a distributed team across time zones

📋 Requirements

• Experience building complex web products end-to-end
• Expertise working on all parts of the stack (frontend, backend, anything in between)
• Proficiency with Ruby on Rails and React (or similar JavaScript framework)
• Strong written communication skills for a documentation-first culture
