💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end delivery of AI agent builds for enterprise customers, writing code and configuring agent behavior. You'll bridge customer requirements with internal engineering to drive platform improvements based on real-world needs. This role combines hands-on technical execution with senior stakeholder interaction.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end AI agent builds from scoping to launch and iteration.
• Write and maintain agent-building artifacts and configure agent behavior.
• Configure and validate guardrails for safe, compliant agent performance.
• Set up, test, and validate customer integrations like ticketing systems.
• Interface with senior technical stakeholders to define success criteria.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical customer-facing role (solutions engineering, forward-deployed engineering, etc.).
• Strong technical foundation: writing code, working with APIs, and building integrations.
• Experience delivering production-grade customer solutions with structured execution and iteration.
• Ability to communicate clearly with senior technical stakeholders and drive delivery.

• Experience with LLMs/AI agents (prompting, evaluation, guardrails).
• Experience with enterprise SaaS integrations (ticketing systems, CRM).
• Computer Science or related degree.
