💼 About This Role

You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth performance of our autonomous delivery robots, assisting them in the field and performing light maintenance. Your on-the-ground support will minimize service interruptions and protect valuable equipment, directly contributing to the improvement of our technology and operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support robots in the field to ensure timely delivery completion.
• Perform light maintenance tasks like cleaning sensors.
• Document incidents and share observations for system improvement.
• Operate company vehicles to recover and reposition robots.

📋 Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

• Experience with Jira
• 1 year in last-mile delivery, robotics, or customer-facing roles
