Description

You will drive enrollment into the PACE program by developing relationships and generating referrals. Collaborate with community organizations and educate referral sources to achieve monthly enrollment goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Health Care Administration preferred
• 2+ years sales/marketing experience, 1+ in healthcare or senior care
• Valid driver's license with clean DMV record
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize in fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outreach and community engagement to achieve referral and enrollment goals
• Collaborate with community organizations to reflect mission and value proposition
• Build relationships with physicians, hospital discharge planners, and referral sources
• Develop and implement annual marketing plan with MOE Director
• Educate referral sources on Seen Health services
