💼 About This Role

You'll build a world-class ML Ops foundation to scale AI systems for a leading fintech platform. Your work will ensure reliable production serving of credit scoring and generative agents. You'll drive cost-efficient and resilient integrations across core financial products.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Ensure reliable production serving of ML/AI systems with strong operational excellence.
• Build and maintain serving and integration layers (APIs, connectors, async patterns).
• Establish monitoring and reliability mechanisms (dashboards, alerts, KPIs).
• Enable repeatable delivery via CI/CD, testing, rollback, and runbooks.

📋 Requirements

• 4-7 years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years in ML Ops or Data Engineering.
• Expert-level knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes, Airflow/Prefect, and Databricks/Spark.
• Advanced Python engineering skills with experience in FastAPI or gRPC.
• Expertise in ML libraries (NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn) and a deep learning framework (PyTorch or TensorFlow).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with RAG, LangChain/LlamaIndex, and AI agent orchestration.
• Track record of implementing request batching and model quantization.
• Experience with Architecture Decision Records (ADRs).
