🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as resident project representative or project supervisor on complex projects.
• Interpret plans, specifications, and construction methods for inspectors and contractors.
• Supervise sampling, testing, and inspection of materials for compliance.
• Prepare progress estimates, change orders, and related reports.
• Coordinate utility relocation work to align with proposed plans.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field (experience may substitute).
• Thorough knowledge of civil engineering principles for highways, bridges, and infrastructure.
• Familiarity with state and federal regulations for transportation and utility construction.
• Strong understanding of specifications and special provisions.
