Description

As a Staff Product Manager on the Firefox Desktop Search Monetization team, you will own the strategy and execution for search to grow engagement and revenue. You'll lead experimentation, define success metrics, and navigate trade-offs between user experience, privacy, and business objectives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with revenue-impacting product areas
• Proven experience leading experimentation programs and driving measurable outcomes
• Strong analytical skills and fluency with product analytics tools and SQL
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing without authority
• Excellent communication skills and comfort with senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Own and drive product strategy for search to grow engagement and revenue
• Lead end-to-end experimentation across search access points and monetization surfaces
• Define success metrics with Data Science and translate insights into decisions
• Partner with Business Development to align product execution with partnerships
• Navigate trade-offs between user experience, privacy, technical constraints, and revenue
