You'll lead compensation planning cycles and design job architecture frameworks for a global alternative investment firm. You'll drive strategic compensation initiatives to attract and retain top talent.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end annual compensation cycle including benchmarking and variable pay
  • Build and maintain complex Excel-based compensation models
  • Create compensation policies, procedures, and training materials
  • Manage compensation survey participation and analyze results

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of Compensation experience
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field
  • Expert level Excel proficiency with large model development
  • Strong HRIS experience including data extraction and reporting

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience working across HR, Finance and IT systems
  • Experience on compensation and equity-related projects
  • Understanding of HR processes and regulations
