You'll lead compensation planning cycles and design job architecture frameworks for a global alternative investment firm. You'll drive strategic compensation initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end annual compensation cycle including benchmarking and variable pay
- Build and maintain complex Excel-based compensation models
- Create compensation policies, procedures, and training materials
- Manage compensation survey participation and analyze results
๐ Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of Compensation experience
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field
- Expert level Excel proficiency with large model development
- Strong HRIS experience including data extraction and reporting
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience working across HR, Finance and IT systems
- Experience on compensation and equity-related projects
- Understanding of HR processes and regulations
