You'll join the PJ (Business Account) team, a rapidly scaling unit at Nubank, where you'll sit at the intersection of Product and Platform. You'll lead technical design and implement scalable systems that power the app experience for millions of business customers, while navigating global platform challenges and driving business outcomes for entrepreneur-specific needs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead technical design and implementation of scalable systems for PJ app.
• Partner with Global Platform teams to integrate core services.
• Drive business outcomes by solving entrepreneur-specific challenges.
• Maintain technical excellence through architectural discussions and code reviews.

📋 Requirements

• Experience with Flutter and mobile architecture.
• Comfortable navigating Clojure/BDC backend systems.
• Track record of driving alignment on hard architectural problems across multiple teams.

• Experience in authentication flows and token management.
• Experience working on horizontal, high-visibility roles.
