You'll join a founding go-to-market team scaling Charlie Health's Substance Use Disorder program nationally. You'll build relationships with SUD referral partners and educate them on our services. This role offers unparalleled responsibility in a high-growth startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop territory-level go-to-market strategy for SUD program
• Build trust-based relationships with SUD referral partners
• Conduct in-field outreach 4-5 days per week
• Collect and synthesize partner feedback to refine strategies

📋 Requirements

• Must be based in Charlotte, NC
• Willingness to travel extensively around Charlotte area
• 4+ years of proven sales or business development experience
• Experience in healthcare or behavioral health outreach preferred

• Familiarity with SUD treatment ecosystem
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Teams, and Salesforce
