You'll sell MongoDB Atlas, the leading cloud database, to innovative companies in India. You'll drive new business through outbound prospecting and manage the full sales cycle. This role offers top-tier sales training and uncapped earning potential.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Prospect outbound leads and qualify inbound opportunities
- Close deals with CTOs and engineering leaders
- Manage full sales cycle from pipeline to close
- Collaborate with sales ecosystem and maintain CRM
๐ Requirements
- 5-20 years of full sales cycle experience
- Bachelor's in Engineering or Technology preferred
- Experience with enterprise or digital native accounts
- Demonstrated history of top 10% goal achievement

- Familiarity with software/database/infrastructure technology
- Experience with MEDDIC or Challenger Sales methodology
