Description

You will oversee all HR responsibilities for the swing shift at our Woodlake warehouse, including onboarding, employee relations, leave of absence, worker's comp, and talent development. You'll partner with operations management to drive efficiency, engagement, and compliance in a fast-paced cannabis startup.

Requirements

• 3-5 years HR experience at a site with 50+ hourly employees
• Proven knowledge of federal and state labor laws
• Proficient in G Suite applications
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Available onsite Sunday through Thursday

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day people relations for overnight Woodlake employees
• Oversee onboarding, induction, training, and 30/60/90 day check-ins
• Handle employee relations, LOA, FMLA, ADA, worker's comp, and offboarding
• Maintain personnel records and oversee employee status changes
• Support operations management with progressive discipline and talent development
