💼 About This Role

You'll lead cafe operations and support team development at Blue Bottle Coffee. Your core impact includes ensuring exceptional hospitality, maintaining quality standards, and driving sales growth. This role offers comprehensive training in coffee craft and sustainability.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee service flow to uphold safety, cleanliness, and quality
• Execute operational support like ordering and inventory management
• Facilitate onboarding and training of new team members
• Assume responsibility for cash handling and daily deposits

📋 Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of supervisory or team leadership experience
• Complete Blue Bottle Academy's Barista training within 90 days
• Obtain Food Safety Certification within 30 days
• Available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
