Description

You'll lead our Guest Experience engineering team to shape the next chapter of our Front of House department, driving technical excellence and team culture. Partnering closely with Product, Design, and Data, you will turn strategy into execution, focusing on guest recognition, personalized experiences, automation, and seamless guest journeys.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading engineering orgs in B2B SaaS or platform company
• Track record of leading through scale, ambiguity, and change
• Strong technical judgment to guide architecture and execution
• Experience building healthy organizations through coaching engineering managers and senior engineers
• Ability to partner deeply with Product and Design

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow engineering teams through managers and senior ICs, creating clarity and high-performance culture
• Partner with Product, Design, Data, and other engineering leaders to execute strategy across complex product areas
• Set engineering direction balancing speed, quality, and long-term scalability
• Raise the bar on engineering excellence, operational health, and delivery rigor
• Drive cross-tribe and cross-division collaboration for shared capabilities
