You'll develop lithium-ion cell assembly processes from concept to pilot-scale validation at Verkor's Innovation Center in Grenoble. You'll apply DoE and statistical analysis to define process windows and optimize yield. This role offers hands-on work with cutting-edge battery technologies and collaboration with top-tier teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and validate cell assembly processes from concept to pilot scale.
• Design experiments to understand process windows and failure mechanisms.
• Lead pilot-line process definition and technical readiness for scale-up.
• Interface with equipment suppliers to translate requirements into specifications.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Materials Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in lithium-ion battery process development.
• Strong experience in lithium-ion cell assembly or formation processes.
• Proven experience in process development stages from concept to technical transfer.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with custom automation equipment development.
• Hands-on experience in dry room or cleanroom environments.
• Analytical skills using Python, Matlab, or Minitab.
