You'll build and scale innovative financial infrastructure for the modern mobile app economy, working on greenfield development and large-scale system design with strong ownership and autonomy in a remote-first environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems for financial products and payment infrastructure.
• Build and optimize systems for payouts, reconciliation, onboarding automation, and fraud detection.
• Collaborate with data science, product, and leadership teams on technical solutions and strategies.
• Improve infrastructure scalability, performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a backend engineer on complex, scalable production systems.
• Strong experience in fintech with exposure to transaction systems or payment infrastructure.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language for backend development.
• Solid SQL skills with experience writing and optimizing complex queries.
