You'll own Kustomer's visual identity across every channel, managing a small in-house team while producing IC-level design work. You'll define and protect the brand across digital, print, events, and in-product touchpoints. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver against ambitious goals and leverage AI tools to raise the quality bar.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Define and protect Kustomer's visual identity across all customer touchpoints
- Build scalable design systems for consistent brand expression
- Propose creative concepts and guide them from brief to ship
- Articulate creative vision to executive leadership
- Oversee print production and manage vendor relationships
๐ Requirements
- 10+ years of creative direction grounded in art direction and design fundamentals
- At least 3 years driving brand initiatives in-house with measurable outcomes
- Experience designing across both B2C and Enterprise SaaS contexts
- Fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
