💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of Marketplace Managers focused on Walmart.com, driving performance and deep platform expertise. You'll own the Walmart channel P&L, implement automation, and develop strategic relationships with Walmart's partner managers. This role stands out with a Work Your Way approach, offering flexibility to work remotely with quarterly in-person collaboration in Lincoln.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a team of Marketplace Managers for Walmart.com
• Own the Walmart channel P&L and drive financial improvement
• Develop strategic relationships with Walmart partner managers
• Optimize assortment and pricing for Walmart customers

📋 Requirements

• 7+ Years of People Leadership in corporate or high-growth environment
• 7+ Years in Walmart Ecommerce with WFS and seller standards experience
• P&L Management experience owning complex P&L and making data-driven decisions
• Extensive Negotiation experience with platform partners and internal stakeholders

✨ Nice to Have

• Business Development skills identifying white-space opportunities
• Experience with Walmart Connect ad platform
• Knowledge of marketplace policy changes and risk mitigation
