You'll analyze performance metrics, develop tailored proposals, and strengthen client relationships to help them meet hiring goals through a fair, predictive interview process. This role requires up to 20% travel for strategic meetings and events.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as principal technical advisor to enterprise clients
• Partner with Software Engineers to analyze hiring processes and performance
• Present technical solutions to prospects as subject matter expert
• Analyze performance data and calibrate assessment metrics

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional work experience in strategic technical account management or solutions engineering
• Demonstrated success as a strategic advisor during client onboarding
• Experience directly engaging with C-Suite executives in a client-facing capacity
• Strong working knowledge of SQL
