💼 About This Role

You'll own the full lifecycle of hardware products from concept through manufacturing ramp and launch. You'll be the connective tissue across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and go-to-market, holding every function accountable. This role is central to scaling high-volume production of next-generation industrial robots.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own full lifecycle of a hardware product from concept through ramp and launch.
• Maintain integrated program plan across hardware, firmware, software, and manufacturing.
• Run structured cross-functional reviews to surface misalignment early.
• Lead manufacturing readiness milestones (EVT, DVT, PVT, MP).
• Design and manage structured beta programs for field stabilization.

📋 Requirements

• 6-10 years in technical program management with hardware lifecycle ownership.
• Deep familiarity with hardware development cycles (EVT, DVT, PVT, MP).
• Ability to lead cross-functional programs across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and go-to-market.
• Experience managing program budgets and resource allocation.

• Experience scaling a hardware product from low-volume to high-volume production.
• Background in robotics or electromechanical systems.
• Exposure to firmware or software development in a hardware-integrated context.
