You'll join the cloud networking and security team at Cato Networks, engaging with customers during post-sales and onboarding. You'll own and resolve technical issues, becoming a trusted advisor to ensure customer success. This role offers the chance to work on a cutting-edge SASE platform in a fast-growing company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and manage customer issues through resolution
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex network and security problems
• Work directly with R&D and Product Management on customer issues

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years experience as a Support Engineer (tier2-3) or Network Engineer
• Strong knowledge of networking including TCP/IP, Firewalls, and proxy servers
• Technical experience with DNS, DHCP, NAT, HTTP/HTTPS, VOIP
• Experience with VPNs, IPsec, BGP, and security protocols

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of security concepts such as CASB, DLP, IPS
• Familiarity with WAN/SD-WAN/MPLS networks
• Experience working with Cloud or SaaS technology
