🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct deep-dive analysis on large datasets to influence R&D decisions
• Build metrics frameworks to measure campaign health
• Evaluate ads system health by diagnosing issues across components

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of work experience in data science or advanced degree with 4+ years
• Strong statistics knowledge including experimental design and hypothesis testing
• Programming experience with Python, R, or SQL
• Bachelor's or higher in a quantitative discipline
