Description

You will own and evolve the systems, tools, and processes that underpin our software delivery lifecycle, driving efficiency, reliability, and visibility across engineering. You'll collaborate with Infrastructure, SRE, and Engineering teams to architect resilient CI/CD pipelines and implement automated quality gates, leveraging cutting-edge technologies including AI tools. This role is a force multiplier for product delivery at a company modernizing investment management.

Requirements

• 4+ years in Release Engineering, DevOps, or SRE roles
• Expertise with CI/CD systems such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD, or Spinnaker
• Strong scripting or coding skills (Python, Go, Bash) and IaC experience (Terraform, Helm)
• Deep understanding of release strategies (blue/green, canary, rolling)
• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and optimize CI/CD systems for scalable, repeatable delivery
• Establish release standards including artifact validation and test coverage thresholds
• Collaborate with SRE and Infrastructure teams on automated release workflows
• Implement observability and rollback capabilities for release safety
• Create self-service tools that empower developers and reduce deployment friction
