You will supervise varied client files, support a motivated team, and contribute to the growth of a 100% cloud-based firm while working remotely from Quebec.

Requirements

• CPA designation (or in process of obtaining)
• About 5 years of experience in a public accounting firm
• Ability to manage multiple files with rigor and consistency
• Comfortable supervising a bookkeeping team (possible first management role)
• Excellent client communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the remote bookkeeping team
• Ensure proactive and personalized follow-up on mandates for high-quality client experience
• Participate in improving internal processes and adopting new technologies
• Organize work and manage deadlines
• Produce corporate income tax returns (T2 and CO-17) and compilation engagements
