💼 About This Role

You'll lead consulting engagements for life sciences and healthcare clients, driving multi-million dollar programs from business development through delivery. You'll leverage Triumvirate's embedded sales relationships to convert intelligence into impactful consulting projects.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and manage a personal book of consulting business targeting $3M+ annual revenue.
• Oversee delivery of complex, multi-site consulting engagements.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with VP and C-level leaders.
• Collaborate with field sales to identify consulting opportunities within existing clients.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years progressive experience in life sciences or EHS consulting.
• 5+ years direct business development and client management responsibility.
• Track record of building and sustaining a personal book of business targeting $3M+ revenue.

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in operational excellence, Lean Six Sigma.
• Experience with circularity program design and waste reduction.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance in life sciences.
