💼 About This Role

You'll lead portfolio oversight for a subset of funds within CIM's Real Estate Equity platform, acting as subject matter expert on strategy and investments. You'll drive fund composition and hold/sell analyses, and collaborate with acquisitions to evaluate new investments. This role offers significant exposure to principal investing across the Real Assets industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review underwriting models and investment memos for new deals
• Monitor portfolio composition and concentration limits
• Develop hold/sell analyses across the portfolio
• Track asset performance against business plans

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Real Estate or Investment Banking
• MBA preferred
• Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally
• Demonstrated competence with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
