💼 About This Role

You'll join Old Mission's institutional sales desk managing ETF RFQs and executing equity orders for clients. You'll learn pricing and microstructure across global markets while serving as a bridge between clients and trading desks. This role offers exposure to client meetings and hands-on experience with AI tools to accelerate work.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage ETF RFQs and execute equity orders for clients
• Generate reports to monitor trading activity and relationships
• Answer inbound client trading requests and secure pricing from trading desks
• Assist clients with pre/post trade information

📋 Requirements

• Undergraduate or advanced degree, preferably in quantitative field or economics/finance
• Python and/or SQL experience
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a high-pressure team environment
