You will lead research in agentic reasoning, adaptive memory, and lifelong learning, shaping foundational AI that reasons, plans, and evolves with users over long horizons. Collaborate with world-class researchers and transition innovations into production systems at global scale.

Requirements

• PhD in AI, ML, NLP, Cognitive Computing, or related field
• 14+ years of research experience in AI/NLP/ML
• Strong publication record in language models, agentic systems, RL, or adaptive AI
• Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX
• Proven experience with LLMs, retrieval-based systems, or knowledge-augmented NLP

Responsibilities

• Define and lead research agendas in agentic language intelligence and adaptive personalization
• Develop self-evolving memory systems for persistent, personalized AI behavior
• Advance Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and hybrid reasoning systems
• Lead research on agentic reasoning including RL, hierarchical planning, and goal-directed agents
• Publish at top conferences and mentor researchers
