Description

You will provide occupational therapy in clients' homes, performing evaluations and developing intervention plans to improve independence. You'll work as part of an interdisciplinary team with flexible scheduling and ongoing support.

Requirements

• Current Missouri Occupational Therapist license
• Minimum one year of recent OT work experience
• Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy program
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to travel locally to patient homes

Responsibilities

• Conduct home visits for occupational therapy evaluations
• Develop individualized intervention plans based on patient assessments
• Evaluate home environment for hazards and identify equipment needs
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care
• Document patient care using electronic medical records
