🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient physical therapy in patients' homes
• Document via phone call with auto-charting tool
• Manage own schedule and visit frequency
• Deliver 1:1 patient care without productivity quotas

📋 Requirements

• State-specific PT license
• Reliable personal transportation for within 30-min drive
• 1+ years of experience
• Liability insurance and CPR/BLS certification
