💼 About This Role

You'll join a Chambers-ranked Band 1 public finance group at an Am Law 100 firm, working on tax-exempt and taxable bond financings for high-profile clients. You'll draft principal transaction documents, interact directly with clients and investment bankers, and assist with restructurings of distressed municipal debt.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Structure and document tax-exempt and taxable municipal securities
• Draft trust indentures, loan agreements, and bond purchase agreements
• Conduct legal research on securities, tax, and municipal law issues
• Interface directly with clients, financial advisors, and rating agencies

📋 Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Current license to practice law in Maryland or eligible for reciprocity
• Relevant experience in public finance, transactional, or commercial real estate work
• Strong drafting and analytical skills
