🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct daily rounding in skilled nursing facilities
• Prescribe medications and treatment plans
• Address acute and emergent patient issues
• Communicate with facility nursing staff via phone or secure messaging

📋 Requirements

• Active U.S. license and board certification as Nurse Practitioner (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, or AACN) or Physician Assistant (NCCPA)
• Qualified in specialties like Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
• Ability to maintain reliable on-site attendance for scheduled shifts
