💼 About This Role

You'll lead client-facing projects for a fast-growing fintech serving hedge funds and financial services. Your work ensures smooth onboardings and sets the foundation for long-term client satisfaction.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Convert intake docs into detailed SOW and project plan.
• Coordinate kickoff meetings with clients and stakeholders.
• Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring timely milestone delivery.
• Hold regular client calls to review progress and blockers.
• Track tasks, dependencies, and decisions across teams.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of project management in B2B fintech, SaaS, or managed services.
• Experience with investment managers or alternative investment technology.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Authorization to work without visa sponsorship now or in future.

✨ Nice to Have

• PMP or other project management certification.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Asana, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project.
• Experience with CLOs, private credit, or structured finance.
