You'll shape and execute a lifecycle and retention marketing program for a women's health offering, directly impacting patient trust and engagement. By leveraging data and clinical collaboration, you'll design strategies that ensure seamless patient experiences and drive better health outcomes.

  • Own day-to-day execution of all lifecycle channels and retention marketing strategy
  • Build 0-to-1 testing engine for retention with automated messaging journeys
  • Collaborate with Clinical and Operations teams to improve patient satisfaction
  • Partner with Head of Growth to bridge acquisition and long-term adherence

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in DTC lifecycle marketing in a 0-to-1 growth environment
  • Experience owning and operating email and SMS channels with a focus on retention
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a builder mentality in ambiguous settings
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights and drive alignment
