Description

Lead the Site Reliability Engineering team for Peloton's internal systems (Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Legal). You will ensure the reliability and observability of SaaS ecosystems like NetSuite, Coupa, and Workday, and drive automation to reduce toil and improve recovery times.

Requirements

• 8+ years in SRE, DevOps, or Production Engineering
• 2+ years direct people management experience
• Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash or Procure-to-Pay cycles
• Management of enterprise ecosystems (NetSuite, SAP, Workday, Salesforce)
• Proficiency with Datadog, Splunk, New Relic, or Prometheus

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of SREs
• Transition from reactive support to proactive engineering
• Architect observability across complex business paths
• Define and track SLOs and Error Budgets for SaaS integrations
• Own Major Incident Response and lead Root Cause Analysis
