Description

You will design and develop peripheral systems for high-performance unmanned systems, blending hardware and human factors engineering with validation, debugging, and manufacturing support. You'll oversee projects from proof of concept through implementation, working cross-functionally to deliver products for battlefield use.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Design, Engineering, or related field
• 2+ years of design experience
• Proven ability to implement human factors engineering principles
• Knowledge or interest in FPV drones or UAVs
• Ability to create product concepts and work with electrical/mechanical engineers

Responsibilities

• Create conceptual designs blending form, function, and DFM requirements
• Apply human factors engineering and interaction design for battlefield products
• Conduct FPV flight testing and provide technical feedback on peripheral systems
• Support rapid prototyping using 3D printing, soldering, and mechanical assembly
• Develop test procedures and safety protocols
