You'll be cross-trained to support the full plant life cycle, from clone to harvest, helping to grow premium cannabis while maintaining top-quality standards. Your day-to-day includes daily plant care, environmental monitoring, and harvest assistance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform daily plant care: cutting, rooting, transplanting, watering, feeding, trimming.
• Track humidity, moisture, and temperature to maintain ideal growing conditions.
• Inspect plants for health, pests, or disease and remove substandard plants.
• Assist with harvest: cutting, trimming, weighing, and recording inventory.

📋 Requirements

• Green thumb with experience harvesting plants in a professional or home setting.
• Thrives in a fast-paced team environment with a positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
