You'll define and drive Younited's global web performance and acquisition strategy, owning both Paid and Organic channels. You'll ensure a high-performing, scalable website ecosystem that maximizes online acquisition efficiency across all European markets. You'll lead a team of Sr. Traffic and SEO/GEO managers and drive transformation projects linked to AI.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define global web performance and acquisition strategy
• Align central strategy with local business unit execution
• Own Core Web Vitals, page speed, and crawlability
• Lead CRO roadmap with Design and Product teams

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in digital acquisition or web performance
• Experience leading teams of SEO and paid media managers
• Expertise in Core Web Vitals and technical SEO
• Cross-market experience in European digital landscape

• Experience in fintech or banking sector
• Knowledge of AI applications in acquisition (GEO, LLM)
• CMS migration experience (WordPress)
