You'll support the end-to-end post-sales customer lifecycle for upper mid-market and enterprise clients at a Series B AI-native startup. You'll drive customer success by mapping workflows, configuring the platform, and collaborating on integrations. This role sits at the intersection of product, data, operations, and client partnership with a high-performance culture.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Support e2e post-sales lifecycle from discovery to go-live
- Conduct cross-functional deep dives to map business processes
- Build new product capabilities for upper mid-market and enterprise clients
- Translate process flows into product design and configuration
๐ Requirements
- 7+ years in engineering, consulting, finance, operations, or technical program management
- Systems thinking across people, process, and technology
- High-intensity experience in startups, consulting, or finance
- Technical from first principles with strong analytical mindset
